TENDER OPPORTUNITY Project Ref 5058 – DOE Northern Ireland Environment Agency Archaeological Services 2011 Northern Ireland Environment Agency (NIEA) wishes to appoint suitably qualified and experienced Service Providers to deliver Archaeological Services. The contract has been split into 3 lots. LOT 1 - Acquisition of Environmental and Historical Information (Year 1) LOT 2: Development Management Consultation (Years 1 & 2) LOT 3: Acquisition of Information on the Historic Environment (Year 2) Tenderers may bid for one or more Lots. Further details on each Lot can be found within the Specification Schedule (contained with the Conditions of Contract document). It is the intention to appoint one Service Provider per Lot. Tenderers are invited to attend an Information Session on Monday 8th August 2011 at 10.30am in Clare House, 303 Airport Road West, Belfast, BT3 9ED. During the Information Session NIEA staff will provide an overview of the services required under this contract and answer Tenderers clarification questions. A list of the clarification questions and answers will be broadcast to all Tenderers via eSourcingNI after the Information Session. Tenderers who wish to attend the Information Session must notify CPD via the e-messaging service within eSourcingNI by close of business on Wednesday 3 August 2011. The closing date for the return of tenders is no later than 3pm on Wednesday 31 August 2011. The closing date for requests for further information relating to the contract documents is Thursday 25 August 2011. Under no circumstances will late tenders be considered, nor is CPD obliged to accept the lowest or any bid.
