NIE Networks Civil Engineering Market Research NIE Networks has a number of civil engineering contracts which will be re-procured during 2017 and 2018. These contracts involve services and works related to excavation, cable laying and reinstatement, underground cable jointing and civil engineering. In advance of advertising these procurements, NIE Networks is seeking feedback from experienced contractors through the completion of an online questionnaire. Further information on accessing the questionnaire is outlined below. In order to participle in the survey questionnaire please email your registered trading details to Toni.McFadden@nienetworks.co.uk and request a link to the on-line questionnaire. Completed questionnaires must be submitted no later than 10:00am on 31st October 2017. Any questionnaires submitted after this date and time will not be considered. Please note that the link issued by NIE Networks is unique and can only be used once. Only one link will be issued to companies or individuals once they have confirmed the registered trading details via the email address above. Only one questionnaire per company or individual will be accepted. Draft Scopes of Services and Works are attached below.
