Tender description

The contract is for the provision of monitoring and servicing to existing panic alarm systems at approximately 80 judicial homes throughout Northern Ireland. Contract works will generally comprise: - •Provision of alarm monitoring and response service by the contractors Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) to all installations. •Provision of planned and re-active maintenance service to all systems. •Design, installation and certification of (an estimated 2/3 per year) new panic alarm systems as notified by the Employer. The contract will operate for a period of two (2) years with option for the Employer to extend annually for further two (2) periods of one (1) year each. The above paragraph is only a short form description of the Service. The Tenderer shall provide the Service in accordance with the TP-CD, Annex B ‘Service Specification’ document.
