Tender description
Consultancy assistance is sought to improve NICTS asset management practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness, to meet financial reporting and audit requirements, to enable preparation for the potential move to ACNI and to ensure that we are operating as close to a best practice organisation as possible. The requirement is for the following: 1. A Comprehensive verification of NICTS assets 2. A review of the economic lives of NICTS assets 3. Design and develop an asset tagging system 4. Update Property Plant and Equipment Register
