NICSC: Taxation and Accounting Advice

Tender description

The proposed Northern Ireland Community Safety College (NICSC) at Desertcreat is designed as an integrated tri-service training college to meet the training needs of: - The Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI); - The Northern Ireland Prison Service (NIPS); and - The Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service (NIFRS). PSNI, on its own behalf and on behalf of the Northern ireland Policing Board (NIPB), NIPS and NIFRS, wish to appoint a specialist professional services provider to provide advice with respect to the funding and accounting arrangements for the NICSC, both during the developmental and operational phases, and on the associated tax implications. The overall aim of the assignment is to provide specialist adice to the three services to support the proposed NICSC delivery and operational structures.
