Project 4628 NICS Supply and Delivery of Monographs The Northern Ireland Central Government Departments and other bodies listed within the Participating Bodies, which will be referred to as the “Client”, through the Department of Finance and Personnel, requires to establish a contract for the supply and delivery of monograph publications and the supply and delivery of books on standing order and one-off ordering. The supply of monographs will be in six parts. Lot 1 – general material Lot 2 – legal material Lot 3 – e books Lot 4 – government publications Lot 5 – British and other standards Lot 6 – electronic British and other standards Suppliers may tender for one or more of the six Lots. Each lot will be evaluated and awarded individually. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to award one, all or none of the lots.
