TENDER OPPORTUNITY TENDER FOR NICS SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF NEWSPAPERS Project Ref 3045 Northern Ireland Civil Service (NICS) is seeking to establish a contract for the supply and delivery of newspapers to a range of government buildings within the Stormont Estate and Greater Belfast areas.
