TENDER OPPORTUNITY TENDER FOR THE NORTHERN IRELAND CIVIL SERVICE CLEANING SERVICES CONTRACT 2011. Project Ref 5013 Northern Ireland Civil Service (NICS) is seeking to establish a contract for the delivery of cleaning services for a number of buildings throughout the province with a contractor or contractors who will be responsible for managing the specified services in a flexible and responsible way. The successful contractor will be required to support the NICS’s economic and social regeneration objectives. Tender documents can be obtained electronically for registered users of Central Procurement Directorate's e-sourcing system, e-sourcing NI.
