Tender description

The Northern Ireland Civil Service has a requirement for a service provider to deliver a counselling service to its staff. The Service Provider will be required to provide an effective and professional service that includes the following service areas: a. Independent Confidential Counselling Service; b. Telephone Counselling Service; c. Legal and Financial Advisory Service; d. Mediation and conflict coaching; e. Therapeutic Support; f. Wellbeing/absence management support / coaching. The service will also be available to other public sector bodies
