To comply with the Utility Regulator’s Information Requirements NI Water needs appropriate independent, expert, economic regulatory input to assist in the development of parts of the submission. This will be for specialist advice, external review and guidance that is not available within NI Water, but will be of vital importance to the company in preparation of the PC15 Business Plan which will determine the company’s funding and outputs for the PC15 period.
