Tender description
The Project is for the provision of upgraded Building Management System (BMS) Heating System controls suitable for remote access, in twenty four properties, and comprises new control panels, control devices and fittings, pipework alterations, associated electrical wiring and insulation repairs /replacement. The project involves work in twenty four properties, over a twelve week period, and includes provision of temporary heating by electric portable heaters for the duration of the works in each property.
