Tender description

Project Title: - Northern Health and Social Care Trust – Installation of Grabrails, handrails and the provision of steps and access ramps at domestic dwellings to aid clients in living independently in their own homes within the NHSCT District of Mid Ulster (covering Maghera, Magherafelt, Cookstown, Ballymena and Larne). Project Description: This contract consists of minor building works to domestic dwellings. The approximate value for this contract will be £75k per annum. Work orders will be measured from a Schedule of Rates. The contract will run for a period of 2 years commencing 1st April 2011.
