Tender description

This measured term contract is for the delivery, supply and installation of Soft Floor Finishes and repairs to soft floor coverings to properties within Northern Health & Social Care Trust: Southern Sector Southern Sector comprises Trust Facilities in the following NHSCT Districts of: 1. Antrim District • Antrim Area and Holywell Hospital sites • Community Facilities in Antrim, Randalstown, Ballyclare and Toomebridge 2. Whiteabbey District • Whiteabbey Hospital site • Community Facilities in Newtownabbey, Whiteabbey, Carrickfergus and Whitehead The contract covers soft floor finishes works orders up to a maximum value (per order) of £30K and will be measured from a Schedule of Rates The contract will run for a period of 1 year with an option to renew thereafter and by mutual consent for a further period of 1 year.
