Tender description

The works comprise taking possession of a partially constructed site and the completion of a single storey Sexual Assault Referral Centre. The existing building substructure has been partially completed together with site clearance and preliminary drainage works. Applicants may visit the site to ascertain the extent of work carried out to date and the works required to complete the remainder of the substructure, drainage and siteworks elements and the subsequent erection of the single storey centre. The centre comprises three forensic consult/exam pods, link corridor, maintenance area, discreet entrance, waiting room, meeting room, interview rooms, doctors' facilities, PSNI facilities, hot lab, ancillary and plant rooms, siteworks and drainage. The building comprises facing brick cavity wall construction and curtain walling on strip, pad and trench fill foundations with a single membrane roof covering in a series of mono pitches.
