This contract is for the provision of Roof Repair and Improvement Works to 5 NHSCT Properties: Antrim Area Hospital Main Building; Antrim Area Hospital Fern House, Mid Ulster Hospital; Theatre, Holywell Hospital(Antrim) Lisgarel Residential Home (Larne). The work includes repairs/improvements to single ply membrane surfaced flat roof decks, built up bituminous felt surfaced flat roof decks and tiled and slated pitched roofs.
