The Project comprises of: The refurbishment of the Second Floor North Block of the Main Braid Valley Hospital to convert the existing Wards into new mix of open plan and cellular office accommodation, tea point and toilets. Works will include: Provision of a new external fire escape Upgrading of the existing floor structure Redecoration throughout The extension of the existing telephone and IT system Extension and alteration of the existing heating system.
