Tender description

The refurbishment and alteration of the existing Neo Natal Department. The Department is located on the second floor of Antrim Area Hospital. Works will include: • the re-modelling of the existing ‘Hot Room Accommodation’ to improve circulation space; • the re-modelling of the existing store; • the formation of an additional storage area to include the existing milk store; • carrying out alteration of the existing staff accommodation; and • work on the existing hospital medical gas, heating, ventilation and electrical systems.
