NHSCT Redecoration works to Northern Trust Properties, Northern Sector

This contract is for the provision of Redecoration works (Internal and External) to Northern Health & Social Care Trust: Northern Sector Northern Sector comprises Trust Facilities in the following NHSCT Districts of: 1. Causeway District • Causeway Hospital • Community Facilities in Ballymoney, Coleraine, Ballycastle, Portrush and Portstewart 2. Mid Ulster District • Mid Ulster, Braid Valley and Moyle Hospital sites • Community Facilities in Maghera, Magherafelt, Cookstown, Ballymena and Larne The contract covers redecoration works orders (internal & external) up to a maximum value (per order) of £30K and will be measured from a Schedule of Rates The contract will run for a period of 2 years with an option to renew annually thereafter and by mutual consent for a further period of 3 years.
