Project Title: - Northern Health and Social Care Trust – Provision of Minor Mechanical Works within facilities located in Northern Sector of NHSCT Project Description: The Northern Health & Social Care Trust (NHSCT) has a requirement to appoint an Economic Operator [Mechanical Services Contractor] to undertake Minor Mechanical Works Orders up to a maximum value per order of £30K in the Northern Sector of the Trust. These works will be carried out at a tendered measured term rate for the duration of the contract. The Northern Sector encompasses all NHSCT facilities in the postcode areas of BT42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 51, 52, 53, 54 and 80 including Causeway, Robinson, Dalriada, Moyle, Braidvalley and Mid Ulster Hospitals. The approximate value for this contract will be £60k per annum. The contract will run for a period of 2 years commencing 1st April 2011.
