Tender description
This project covers the installation of mechanical services to various boiler houses and plantrooms on the Mid Ulster Hospital site it also includes the removal of existing steam installations for the NHSCT. The buildings involved cover a large site and a number of levels. The plantrooms in all buildings are located on ground level within each building. The services will include: • Installation of new mechanical services to tie in with the existing distribution system • Removal of existing redundant heating • New external boilerhouse construction • Internal boiler house construction in plantrooms • Plumbing modifications • Flue installations • Electrical install • BMS install • Oil installations. The installation sizes vary from domestic to large commercial. The works will be carried out with minimal disruption to the heating of the Hospital.
