Tender description
The Northern Health & Social Care Trust have a requirement to appoint an Economic Operator [Mechanical Services Contractor] to undertake the phased removal of existing coal fired boilers and replace them with new dual fuel natural gas/oil steam boilers along with associated electrical and gas works. The Northern Health & Social Care Trust also seek to compile a list of Electrical Services Contractors to carry out the associated electrical works. The Mechanical Services Contractor will only be permitted to enter a Domestic Sub Contracting arrangement with an Electrical Services Contractor named on this list.
