The Project comprises the demolition of existing buildings including isolation of existing services, removal of asbestos and other site preparatory works, the improvement of the existing Cushendall Road site entrance including the realignment of the existing public roadway and footpaths to provide a new bus stop and right turn lane, the diversion and relocation of existing utilities, the widening of existing estate roads and footpaths, construction of temporary car-parking facilities, provision of new site lighting and other site services, below ground drainage and maintenance of access and egress routes for emergency vehicles and alterations to existing site-works to accommodate the retention of existing OPD 1 building"
