Tender description
The Project is for the provision of The conversion of the existing hostel accommodation (first floor) of Ellis Court Carrickfergus, to administrative and office accommodation. The accommodation will include fire precautions upgrades, room alterations, provision of sanitary facilities and dining areas along with the upgrade of the existing Mechanical & Electrical services. The works contract period will be 12 weeks
