NHSCT 28-14 - Draught proofing, various locations Trustwide Draught Proofing to existing Windows, Doors & Hatches across the Northern Trust. The Works will include for the application of a non-mechanical draught proofing system to windows, doors and hatches, in a variety of locations throughout the NHSC Trust. The purpose of the draft proofing is to reduce heat loss and improve air tightness in the buildings The premises may include the following locations:- Bush House, (Office Accommodation), Bush Road, Antrim. Office / Accommodation Blocks (Office Administration) – Alder House, Beech House, Cedar House, Larch House, Oak House, Pine House, Antrim Hospital Complex, Bush Road, Antrim McCaughey House, (Hospital Wards & DPU), Whiteabbey Hospital Site, Newtownabbey. O.T. Villa (Office & Workshop Accommodation), Holywell Hospital Site, Antrim. New Ward Block (Patient Ward Unit), Whiteabbey Hospital Site, Newtownabbey. Doctors Bungalows (Residential Accommodation), Whiteabbey Hospital Site, Newtownabbey. Work to be complete by February 13th 2015
