Tender description
The Project is for the: Demolition of Broadway Workshop Building and other associated minor structures. Associated grubbing up of foundations and redundant services Making good of disturbed surfaces. The disposal of residual waste materials in an environmentally responsible manner. Removal and disposal of Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs) to be carried out under licence. Demolition of the former Carrickfergus Day Centre and associated minor structures. Associated grubbing up of foundations and redundant services The making good of all disturbed surfaces to form a new car park. The disposal of residual waste materials in an environmentally responsible manner. Removal and disposal of Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs) to be carried out under licence. BOTH OF THESE LOCATIONS ARE ON BUSY LIVE TRUST SITES The works contract period will be 10 weeks.
