Tender description

The Project comprises of 3 sections which are: 1.The implementation of alterations to the Day Procedures Unit within Antrim Area Hospital. This work will include the internal reconfiguration and refurbishment of internal spaces to create 3 new Interview Rooms, Treatment room, WC accommodation and patient waiting areas. 2.The implementation of alterations to the existing Autovalet Unit within Antrim Area Hospital. This work will include the internal reconfiguration and refurbishment of internal spaces to create office accommodation and storage. 3.The implementation of alterations to an existing room in Ward B3 within Antrim Area Hospital. This work will include the internal alterations and refurbishment of internal spaces to create office accommodation.
