Tender description

This Project is for the supply and installation of 3 No air cooled chiller units in Antrim Area Hospital. Works required to replace 3 No R22 Air Cooled Chiller Units serving the main hospital air conditioning system with a modern equivalent. The contractor must include for the following: • Design of mechanical & electrical services for connection of new chiller units into existing infrastructure. • Design of control system to ensure efficient operation of new chiller units. • Design of controls to integrate new chiller units into the Trust BEMS. • Disposal of existing units inclusive of R22 Refrigerant. • Modification of existing steel support framework (if required) • Cranage.
