Tender description

The Project is for the provision of general building and refurbishment works to existing rooms within a 1950’s section of the Braid Valley Hospital (Ballymena). The work will include minor demolition and strip out, flooring, redecoration and provision of new doors, power and data to various rooms to provide a new office/ medical records storage facility. The successful contractor will also be responsible for supplying shelving and relocation of some existing shelving. The contract is expected to be approximately 6 weeks.
