Tender description

A Building Contractor is required to undertake the construction of a new health facility with an approximate floor area of 680sq/m. This single storey building will be located on green land within the curtilage of the Antrim Area Hospital. The building is designed in four distinct blocks three of which have dedicated garden areas used for the function of the building and the fourth block designated for generic and staff accommodation. Construction is to include all landscaping, car parking and any other ancillary site works relating to the new facility
