Tender description

NHS North Kirklees CCG wish to contract with providers on an AQP basis to provide a phlebotomy service for GP-requested pathology for patients registered with practices in North Kirklees CCG. Objectives • To provide an equitable service for all users. • To provide equality for all users. • To ensure appropriate resources are available in the community to undertake Phlebotomy. • To make phlebotomy service available closer to patients’ homes. • To provide a cost effective service. • To offer continuity of care for the patients in familiar surroundings.
