Tender description

Newlon Housing Trust are seeking bids from suitably qualified and experienced contractors who are able to deliver lift maintenance, testing and repair, modernisation and refurbishment services to blocks of social housing, in boroughs in the North and East of London. This is an opportunity to bid for a five year contract, with the possibility of a further year's extension based on performance, measured by Key Performance Indicators. The Trust hope to be able to instruct the successful bidder to carry out lift modernisation and refurbishment works during the course of the maintenance, testing and repair contract.
