Needham Market Country Practice Option Appraisal (Estates)

Tender description

This is a Contract Award Notice to communicate a contract award by NHS Suffolk and North East Essex Integrated Care Board (ICB). The contract award is made to WSP UK Limited to undertake a full site options appraisal pertaining to Estates followed by the development of a Project Initiation Document for the delivery of General Practice Services in the Needham Market area, taking into consideration opportunities for co-location of additional patient services both for health, social care and wider public sector partners, from 1 October 2022 to 31 January 2023. The contract value pertaining to this period is £37,267.50 (excluding VAT). The ICB is publishing this Contract Award Notice in the Contracts Finder in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended by The Public Procurement (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020) for spend above £25,000.
