NDBC Tender for Works to upgrade the North Down coastal path at Seapark

Tender description

North Down Borough Council invites tender submissions for the upgrade of North Down Coastal Path at Seapark. A two stage process will be used to assess Tenders. Stage One – Selection Criteria Experience of the Construction of works of a similar nature – Pass/Fail Companies who provide the Council with the relevant information requested will receive a pass mark and move on to Stage Two and their submission will then be evaluated against the following award criteria. Stage Two - Award Criteria (this will be assessed as Cost: Quality Ratio) as follows: (a) Price – 40% (b) Quality - 60% The quality assessment/award criteria are detailed in Section 3 of the Tender Document. Tenders which include any qualifications or which are not submitted in accordance with these Instructions will not be considered. North Down Borough Council is not bound to accept the lowest or any Tender.
