North Down Borough Council invites proposals a Main Contractor for Construction of a 3g Synthetic Sports Pitch, Football Pavilion Building, Flood Lighting And Ancillary Works Project Description and Programme Details The works are located at Spafield, Sportsground, High street, Holywood BT18. The works involved within this project are the construction of a new purpose built sports pavilion, synthetic pitch, flood lighting, fencing and new pedestrian access ramp /steps from the existing carpark area serving the facility. The proposed building is of a traditional steel frame and masonry construction, single storey measuring approximately 207sq.m, with piled foundations. Internally the building comprises changing and shower facilities, toilets, committee room, kitchenette and plant room.
