Tender description
North Down Borough Council wish to enter into an agreement with a service provider for the purchase of Renewable Obligation Certificates (ROCs) and Levy Export Certificates (LECs). Suppliers are required to submit a costing proposal for the amount paid for spillage and a proposed amount for the purchase (and redistribution where appropriate) of ROCs and LECs.
