Expressions of interest are invited for the operation of a nearly completed retailing kiosk at the above location. The retailing space comprises 19 m2 covered space and some 85 m2 of outside space which will be seated with suitable tables complete with parasols. The operation will include: • Operation of the food and beverage retailing section • Associated litter collection in both garden spaces. • Provision of all catering facilities to include equipment and foodstuffs. • Daily consumable maintenance (consumables supplied by Council) of the associated toilet units e.g. male, female and disabled units. • Cleansing of the above facilities
