Tender description
Newtownabbey Borough Council wishes to extend the existing Whiteabbey Community Centre, Glenville Road, Newtownabbey. SCOPE OF WORKS The current community centre is a clad prefabricated single storey building completed in 2006. This contract will include the following elements: • New single storey extension to include a hall,meeting room, kitchen and stores. • Replacement of existing electric storage heaters within the existing building with gas central heating. • Installation of new lighting within existing building. • Alterations to existing prefabricated building.
