Tender description
As a result of the new development at New Mossley, the Council wishes to provide 80+ allotments. Each allotment will require a small storage shed installed with foundations and an option of guttering and water butt. It is not anticipatedthat the shed will be installed all at once, but rather in a phased approach as the land is developed, perhaps 10-20 sheds at a time. The contract is for the period 1 August 2013 to 31 July 2014 (with an option by the Council to extend for a further year subject to review and performance.
