NBC - Resurfacing of Car Parks and Roadways at Ballyearl A & LC and Sentry Hill

Tender description

The project comprises of: 1.BA&LC - Resurface all existing through roads/carparks and provide new road markings/lines/symbols at Ballyearl Arts & Leisure Centre, 585 Doagh Road, Newtownabbey BT36 5RZ. Please note the existing surfaces must be planned to a depth of 40mm, bituminous emulsion tack coat to be applied and new 0/10mm close graded surface course macadam, depth 40mm, to all through roads and car parks, (approx. 4237m2). 2.SHH&VC - Surface existing stoned entrance roadways/pathways/car parking areas (including passing places). Surface two new disabled paths – one leading from the back door of the café to the back door of the main house and the other to the front of the house. Anti slip surface required on both path ways. Provide new thermoplastic road markings/lines/symbols at Sentry Hill Historic House & Visitor Centre, 40 Ballycraigy Road, Newtownabbey, BT36 4SX. Please note the existing surfaces are compacted stone which must planned and graded, form levels at fixed tie in points. Supply and lay new stone blinding to make up levels as required, base blinding quantity on 15mm average over entire area. Tack coat as required then apply 0/14mm close graded surface course macadam, depth 70mm, to all relevant areas (approx 2362m2).
