Rathfern Community Centre is a timber framed construction single storey building built in the early 1970’s. It is generally in poor condition and the refurbishment will include the following: • New roof covering • New 55m2 extension • New external cladding • Installation of gas central heating • Electrical rewiring throughout • New kitchen units fitted • New toilet fittings • Alteration to internal layout • Floor coverings and internal re-decorations
