Tender description
Newtownabbey Council would like to seek quotes for the provision of a firework display for the Halloween Festival at Mossley Mill Civic Headquarters on Wednesday 31 October 2012. Please quote for a 10-15 minute aerial display of fireworks over a residential area. In previous years the fireworks have received excellent feedback but lacked the dynamic noise associated with fireworks. With use of other firing sites this year, we hope the fireworks will have this dynamic noise. There is a budget of £5,500 to include a pontoon on the firing site as we envisage the fireworks to be launched on the water.
