RE-TENDER The Project is for the provision of consultancy services for the design and supervision of construction for Environmental (Streetscape) Improvements at Portland Avenue Glengormley. The commission includes for the preparation of design options for consideration by the Client. The commission includes for providing information for inclusion in the economic appraisal for the project. The commission also includes, preparation of tender and working documentation, tender analysis, contract and cost management, site supervision and certification. A full description of the required service will be provided at ITT stage.
