Tender description
The Countess of Chester Hospital Commercial Procurement Services wishes to award a national framework agreement for the provision of a managed service for payroll and pension services which will allow NHS authorities and other public sector bodies to procure a number of services from a multi supplier framework with a catalogue call-off mechanism and as such no form of further competition will be required.
