MTC for new soft flooring

Tender description

Belfast City Council, (“the Council”) invites applications from suitably qualified, competent and experienced contractors who wish to be included on a select list for measured term contract for supply and installation of new soft floor at various Council properties and locations. The approximate anticipated budget is £75,000 per year. Contract period: 1 year with the option to renew for a further 2 years subject to performance The scope of the works is for specialist flooring contractors to supply and installation various floor coverings such as carpet, carpet tiles and vinyl sheet coverings, including accessories to various Council properties and locations. A select list of no more than 6 contractors will be established from which tenders will subsequently be invited. The purpose of this Tender is to appoint a single contractor.
