The BBC is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement with a maximum of 3 Suppliers awarded against each of the 2 individual lots: Lot 1 - Monitoring Tool Lot 2 - Visualisation Tool The BBC is acting on its own behalf and as agent for BBC Worldwide Limited, BBC World Service, Global News Holdings Limited, BBC Post Production and Studios, and Media AT. The BBC would consider a perpetual licence for either or both of the above Lots.
