Tender description
Mid & East Antrim Tender for Supply and Installation of Storage Area Network The Council is seeking to procure a storage solution to join an existing SAN system as a replication partner. The current system is an EMC VNXe 3150 SAN. This is approx. 12 months old and will be retained as part of the overall solution. With the pending introduction of a new network infrastructure for Mid and East Antrim Council (currently Ballymena, Carrickfergus and Larne Councils) and the requirement to cope with the increasing user base and additional data that the MEA Council will bring, it was essential that the organisation procures the supply and installation of a new Storage Area Network
