Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust currently leases Multi-Functional Devices with ‘follow-me’ functionality. The Trust wishes to award a contract for the supply of Multi-Functional Devices. To ensure value for money the Trust may award after undertaking a full OJEU tender or it may use an existing framework. The convergence of technology within the output equipment market provides opportunities for better hardware selection, process improvements and cost efficiencies. The Trust requires the new agreement to focus on purchased and/or leased multi-functional devices, combined with a cost per page agreement inclusive of all service and consumables. This will assist us with budget management and total cost of ownership calculations. The purpose of this notice is to invite interested parties to contact the trust to discuss the available options and assist the Trust in developing specifications. The Trust welcomes expressions of interest from both manufacturers and resellers. However, please note that nominated resellers will be required to have the full backing and support of the manufacturer. Interested organisations should express an interest on this website reference PQQ 28840 and send a message via the message portal to that effect, no later than 9th May 2014 following which the Trust’s representatives may contact you for further information.
