Tender description

Westminster City Council seeks to engage with a suitably qualified service providers to provides accommodation and support (not “care”) to adults with Severe (and enduring) Mental Illness (“SMI”), who often have additional, needs such as substance/alcohol misuse, behavioural issues and a forensic history. This contract opportunity is being tendered in 5 Lots: >Shirland West >Shirland East >Pimlico >Central >Marylebone Bidders can bid on 1 or more Lots however it is the Council's intention to award a separate bidder per Lot. These contract are for an initial period of 4 years with the option to extend for a further 3 years in 2 x 12 months' instalments.
