Meeting Room Booking Contract

Tender description

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea on behalf of itself, the Westminster City Council and the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham are seeking Tenders from suitable organisations to deliver Meeting Room facilities. The Authority are advertising one contract opportunity, which invites Tenderer's to bid to supply one meeting venue with sufficient capacity to deliver all the indicative requirements as detailed in the Specification, located within a maximum distance of 1.6 kilometres (including 1.6 kilometres) radius from either Kings Cross or Euston Rail Stations as defined in Appendix 2 (within the Instructions for Tenderer's document). The successful Contractor will be required to supply meeting rooms which will be used as classrooms and syndicate to be used by the Authority to deliver Systemic Social Work training. Further details can be found in the Specification. The Contract Period is anticipated to commence on or around 1st April 2020 and end on 31st March 2021. The Authority will be entitled at its absolute discretion to extend the contract period on the same terms for a further three years, making a 4 year maximum contract term. It is anticipated that these further contractual periods will be of up to 1 year each, i.e a further 3 contractual periods.
