Tender description

The London Boroughs of Barking and Dagenham are seeking suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to provide: Mechanical Servicing and Maintenance within Public Buildings, Schools, Leisure Buildings and Communal Housing Properties over a three year term, with the option to extend for a further two years in annual increments. The contract enables mandatory routine testing of various mechanical systems and reactive repairs and minor works. The Process is being run as an OJEU restricted procedure. Tenderers should register login and complete the Suitability Questionnaire (SQ) avaialable on the LBBD Bravo tender portal.Those tendering must complete the suitability questionnaire, as required and directed by the Council, to the stipulated time and date via the tender portal. The Council intends to select 6 providers from the initial submission of the Suitability Questionnaire (SQ). The Council will issue the full Invitation to tender to the 6 shortlisted providers. The Council will appoint one Contractor from the final 6 tendering for this Contract, to carry out the servicing and minor works throughout the London Boroughs of Barking and Dagenham.
